To obtain a normal
test:
Make an appointment
with Jan by calling 0439 201 460 or e-mail jan@allergyfoodtesting.com.au
To obtain a hair
sample test:
You must send a hair sample,
wrapped in glad-wrap and well sealed, or even better, sealed in a plastic
press seal bag. With the sample send a letter stating what health issues
you have eg.
- heart
- blood pressure
- asthma
- eczema
- sinus
- psoriasis
- bloating
- stomach cramps
- headaches
- reflux

- stomach pain
- constipation
- diarrhoea
- irritable bowel
- croans
- celiac
- blood sugar
- arthritis
- cancer etc etc

This will give Jan as
much background to work with as possible. Even if you have only had a
problem occasionally, include it in the list.
Payment methods:
Jan will advise you on
the cost of the test before carrying it out. There may be added costs for
homeopathic remedies and other medication which you may need to obtain. Jan
will advise you on which of these you may need and where you can get them,
if Jan does not have them herself.
You can include a
cheque with the hair sample and letter, or you can provide Jan with
Bankcard details over the phone, or you can obtain direct debit information
for a money transfer.
